My Commitment as an Actor
In order to make this industry as efficient and safe as it should be, I believe it is important to hold myself to a certain standard in the workplace. These are my commitments to hold on every project I work on to make sure I, as well as everyone else in the room, feels empowered to create the best work.
I commit to being as professional of a performer in the room as possible
If there is ever stage work involving touch or intimacy, I will always ask consent from fellow actors beforehand
I will work to a standard that is expected of me by the other actors and the creative team
I commit to being a POSITIVE energy in the room in order to give others a sense of safety and encouragement to work
I will work my hardest to leave any project/team/industry I work for more beneficial and equal than before
